The tannins complement notes of dark berry fruits giving the wine deep complexity and a long persistent finish. Take the time to savour Shiraz at its best.
WBV is the name given to our flagship wine. This elegant shiraz was grown on our Coad Road vineyard near Gleenock on the eastern slopes of the Nain Hill, Established over 25 years ago by 4th generation winemaker Ivan Limb the site was selected to capture the unique erroir inherent in parts of the Western Barossa. The low yielding terra rossa soils of this vineyard are derived from the underlying ancient Neoproterozic shales and arkoses. This vineyard consistently produces wines that are rich and textured with a rare layered tannin structure that few vineyards offer. Enjoy now or cellar for up to ten year.
